Job description

1) Bring 18+ years of overall experience in PLM/enterprise engineering systems, including at least two full end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM implementations. 2) Lead end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, enterprise standards, and industry best practices. 3) Define and validate the Windchill technical architecture, covering system landscape, integrations, customizations, performance, security, and scalability. 4) Drive and oversee data migration from Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill, including data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, and migration tooling strategy. 5) Provide expert guidance across relevant Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Change/Configuration Management, BOM/MBOM, CAD Data Management, etc.). 6) Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable PLM solution designs. 7) Lead architecture governance, solution workshops, and technical design re
