Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account, or team leadership
  • B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Requirements:

  • Generate and manage sales pipeline aligned with country targets; handle contracts, orders, and stock management within the designated customer portfolio
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations; demonstrate the value proposition of Diversey’s Water Solutions and conduct on-site demonstrations
  • Install, commission, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot water treatment equipment at customer sites; perform data analysis to support operations
  • Maintain relationships with current customers and prospects; identify and provide solutions to meet sales and service needs across swimming pool and industrial water treatment applications (cooling water, boiler water, RO, wastewater)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating business pipeline according to Country Target direction

  • Prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation and value proposition of Diversey’s Water Solutions & water treatment products/services.

  • To work directly and on site with customers providing dispenser installation, dispenser commissioning, equipment maintenance & calibration, water treatment testing, analysis, troubleshooting

  • Execute all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, chemical stock management, new business implementation, and follow-up within designated Customer Portfolio

  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.

  • To work with current customers and prospects to find solutions meet desired sales and service needs

  • Manage swimming pool & industrial water treatment applications, including the routine water testing for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, RO Plant, and wastewater treatment applications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account, or team leadership

  • B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus Working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

  • Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • The candidate must be willing to work independently (after proper training) and be a self-starter.

  • Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions

  • Some travel involved

  • Valid driver’s license
