Core Knowledge & Skills: Manages routing/switching and network security, multi‑OS environments, virtualization (e.g., VMware/Hyper‑V), core cloud services, and release of IaC via pipelines; automates common admin tasks.

Drives the stability and sustainability of the cloud-based networks, software systems for scaling and reliable operations.
Performs system integration, verification and validation and
supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Creates proactive engineering mechanisms that will enable the team to manage the health of a number of distributed VMs.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies for hardware and software specifications.
Utilizes trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvements within existing frameworks, tools and processes.
Responsible for systems functionality, performance, and configurations issues.
Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise.
Develops technical solutions to complex problems.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise cloud and/or infrastructure environments.
Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications within 6 months of hire.
Active Secret clearance.
Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems.
