Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach, high energy and proactive mindset, and strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to train retailers and deliver high-calibre fittings/events with strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with excellent organisational skills; familiarity with Foresight GCQuad advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to be based in the South West of England or relocate; comfortable with field-based role and travel

Requirements:

  • Conduct expert custom fittings and retailer training of Callaway products across Southern England (South West / Wales)
  • Serve as brand ambassador by leading high-calibre fitting events, enhancing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive brand loyalty and sales
  • Collaborate with retailers and internal teams to promote product programs and support field-based sales activities

Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales team as a Product & Fitting Specialist – South West / Wales.

Work Arrangement: This position is a field based role, you will need to hold a valid driver’s license and be based in the South West of England, or willing to relocate.

The Product & Fitting Specialist – South West / Wales will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive OTE of up to £30,000.00 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role
As the Product & Fitting Specialist – South West / Wales you will bring our premium products to life through expert custom fittings and retailer training across Southern England. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, conducting high calibre fitting events, enhancing product knowledge, and ensuring exceptional customer service that drives brand loyalty and sales. 

About You
The Product & Fitting Specialist – South West / Wales will have a professional and courteous approach with a strong passion for customer service. High-energy and proactive, you will need to be a confident self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Required & Desirable Skills
As a team player, you will have proven customer facing and influencing abilities and are adept at handling tasks with attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will need to be at an intermediate level proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc. with familiarity in Foresight GCQuad being advantageous.
