Position:The Director of Advisor Productivity is a senior regional leadership role responsible for helping Rockefeller Global Family Office (RGFO) Private Advisors grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This individual serves as a strategic partner to Private Advisor teams, working closely with them to optimize their practices, leverage the full RGFO platform, and navigate periods of growth and transition.
This role sits at the nexus of Private Advisors and the broader firm, collaborating with Regional Leadership and cross-functional partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance to remove friction, drive productivity, and enable high-performing advisory businesses. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on achieving optimal client outcomes.
Responsibilities:The anticipated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
