In Argentina, within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of medium-sized or large-scale projects, including project’s profit & loss, project budget, schedule, risks, and conflicts and ensures that all work carried out is in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business. The PM is one of the contributors in the management team for developing and implementing the company business goals and strategy.

This is you

• 3+ years of experience in project management, delivering medium to large IT projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC

• Experience managing scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholders

• Familiarity with project tracking and performance tools

• Understanding of P&L basics and business processes

• Ability to identify client needs and support business growth opportunities

• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to handle ambiguity

• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus

• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher
  

This is your role

• Plan, execute, and oversee medium-sized or large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with defined budgets, schedules, and scope.

• Manage projects across different regions and cultures, understanding the nuances of international regulations, culture, and business practices. 

• Implement Project management processes and identify and assess the potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives and clients, and manage their expectations. 

• Project P&L. Allocate resources effectively and manage financial resources within the project's constraints.

• Make decisions within the scope of competence and responsibility. 

• Organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks. 

• Take necessary actions to meet the defined goals. Identify and apply measures to track and quantify achievement.
