Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – E-commerce

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to deliver high-quality support and create outstanding customer experiences.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds, as well as answering questions about products and services. You will handle customer inquiries efficiently, always maintaining a solution-oriented and customer-first approach.
You are fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) with a good command of English, and you feel comfortable communicating clearly and professionally. You have a natural problem-solving mindset, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others. You thrive in an international environment and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
This is a full-time opportunity offering remote work within Portugal, with the possibility of relocation support if needed. The package includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and additional incentives.
