Program and Position Overview:
Love Justice’s school, located in South Asia, plays a significant role in our mission by inspiring students to become independent thinkers, adept problem solvers, and passionate difference makers in the world by preparing their hearts, minds, and souls through excellent education. This unique school has both local and expat teachers and aims to implement research-backed educational methods in order to establish a “kingdom-class” education.
The Dream School Curriculum Director will serve as a key instructional leader, strengthening curriculum coherence, assessment practices, and teacher development across the school. This role supports long-term sustainability by building clear instructional systems, developing teacher capacity, and ensuring strong alignment across grade levels. The Curriculum Director will report to school leadership and will be based in South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, refinement, and alignment of curriculum across grade levels to ensure clarity, coherence, and quality.
  • Support teacher development through coaching, modeling, co-planning, and feedback cycles.
  • Strengthen assessment practices to better monitor student learning and instructional effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum documentation (guides, pacing, essential outcomes, and resources) to support sustainability and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with school leadership on instructional priorities, teacher support plans, and school-wide improvement goals.
  • Teach or model lessons strategically as needed to support instructional improvement and teacher development.
  • Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication and updates.
