Summary:

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Shift: Mon - Fri 10am - 6:30pm EST, OT possible
  • Duration: 6 months, possible to extend
  • Start Date: Possibly 4/20/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Review 140 to 160 clinical prior authorizations or coverage determinations daily.

Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or PharmD
  • Required: Current state pharmacist license
  • Years of experience required: 1 to 3 years
  • Disqualifiers: No prior authorization experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Flexibility to work a weekend rotation
