We’re looking for a Marketing & E-commerce Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams across LATAM to uncover actionable insights that boost performance, optimize campaigns, and guide business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

πŸ“Š Build & Manage Dashboards

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards in Looker to track key business metrics
  • Prepare regular reports and organize datasets for easy analysis
  • Enable teams to self-serve insights with clear and actionable visuals

πŸ“ˆ Analyze Performance Trends

  • Monitor traffic, conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and other KPIs
  • Identify the key drivers behind changes in business performance
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve results

πŸ”Ž Support Teams with Ad-Hoc Insights

  • Respond to quick-turn requests from marketing and product teams
  • Investigate funnel drop-offs, campaign performance, and retention trends
  • Communicate findings clearly in simple, actionable terms

πŸ“Œ Ensure Data Accuracy & Quality

  • Validate data and reporting logic to maintain trust in insights
  • Keep KPI definitions and documentation up-to-date
  • Improve processes for reporting and self-service analytics

Tools You’ll Use

  • Looker (primary dashboard & analytics tool)
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Mixpanel (nice-to-have)
  • Slack & team collaboration tools

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years as a Data Analyst or in a reporting role
  • Experience supporting marketing, e-commerce, or product teams
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and e-commerce KPIs such as:
    • Conversion rate
    • Revenue
    • AOV
    • CAC / ROAS
    • LTV
    • Sessions
    • Customer retention
    • Funnel conversion
    • Cohort performance

Nice to Have:

  • Mixpanel experience
  • Funnel or cohort analysis
  • Experience with Shopify or DTC brands
  • A/B testing or experimentation analysis
