What can you expect in a “Sr. Manager, Total Rewards” role with TaskUs:
The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards provides functional support by overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that total rewards offerings, including salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and recognition programs, are competitive, aligned with company goals, and compliant with legal regulations.
They collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to attract, retain, and motivate employees while optimizing the company's investment in human capital.
Additionally, the Sr. Manager monitors market trends, performs benchmarking, and adjusts reward strategies to maintain employee satisfaction and drive business performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees.
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration.
Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree, or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
Advanced proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform market benchmarking, data analysis, and financial modeling.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
