Our client is launching a province-wide digital transformation to replace 20-year-old legacy systems with a unified, Oracle Cloud-based Supply Chain platform. This "Phase 0" engagement focuses on discovery, current-state analysis, and designing the future architecture for procurement, inventory, and logistics across the province.
