Requirements:

  • Establish and lead the India Business Technology team, scale a world-class capability center, and hire/mentor Salesforce, Workday, QA automation, and support staff while partnering with North America BT leadership
  • Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, high-availability solutions across Salesforce, Workday, and connected SaaS; oversee end-to-end project lifecycle with agile methods; ensure governance and data privacy compliance
  • Drive operational excellence with system reliability, monitoring, observability, automation, and SLAs; optimize cross-region workflows with North America stakeholders to improve end-to-end user experience
  • Own documentation and enablement including solution designs, runbooks, training; advance DevOps and change management; identify and drive AI use cases and continuous modernization initiatives

ServiceTitan is expanding globally with the launch of our India entity and the establishment of a full-scale capability center in Bangalore. As part of this strategic growth, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Technology (BT) India Leader to build, scale, and lead our India BT organization.

This leader will spearhead a high-performing team responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting mission-critical enterprise systems—primarily across Salesforce, Workday, and related SaaS platforms. The role is both strategic and deeply hands-on, requiring a seasoned technology leader who can coach teams, collaborate globally, and drive operational excellence for a hyper-growth SaaS company.

What you'll do:

Strategic Leadership & Organization building

  • Establish and lead the India Business Technology team, scaling a world-class capability center aligned to ServiceTitan’s global BT strategy.

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, Workday and systems administrators, QA engineers, and support analysts.

  • Serve as the senior BT leader in India, building strong partnerships with North America BT leadership and key business stakeholders.

  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Solution Architecture, Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions across Salesforce, Workday, and connected SaaS ecosystems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions that enhance billing, financial, and operational processes.

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle—including discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support—leveraging agile methodologies.

  • Drive adherence to architectural standards, governance practices, and data privacy/security requirements.

Operational Excellence & System Reliability

  • Ensure stability, performance, and accuracy across critical systems supporting quoting, contracts, billing, payments, tax, revenue, and post sales.

  • Build robust monitoring, observability, and automation capabilities to enhance reliability and reduce operational overhead.

  • Partner with North America stakeholders to optimize workflows, streamline system operations, and enhance the end-to-end user experience.

  • Establish and continuously refine SLAs, operational dashboards, and system health metrics.

Documentation, Enablement & Change Management

  • Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specs, runbooks, and user guides.

  • Develop training programs to strengthen adoption and empower business teams to use BT systems effectively.

  • Strengthen and guide teams through DevOps and change management processes ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruption.

AI, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Hands-on experience with implementing AI platforms, tools and use cases

  • Stay current with advancements in Salesforce, Workday, automation, integration frameworks, and enterprise SaaS technologies.

  • Identify AI use cases, conduct PoCs and drive adoption

  • Proactively identify areas for optimization and lead initiatives to modernize BT systems, processes, and tools.

  • Foster experimentation, POCs, and forward-looking technology evaluations that align with ServiceTitan’s growth and scalability goals.

  • What you'll bring:

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience working on Salesforce, Workday, and enterprise SaaS systems.

  • AI first mind set and urgency to drive adoption

  • Proven experience building, scaling, and leading technology teams, ideally in a high-growth global organization.

  • Demonstrated success managing engineering, Salesforce platform, QA automation teams and system support functions.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration patterns, and platform governance.

  • Experience with Workday Financials is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of AI platforms / tools and experience in AI driven business improvements

  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across billing, payments, contracts, tax, financials, and product usage.

  • Proficiency with Agile and tools (Jira, Confluence and CI/CD) for enterprise SaaS.

  • Strong command of Salesforce security, data privacy, compliance, and best practices.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.

  • Salesforce certifications in Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architecture tracks.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Experience in building and leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
