The Work:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will play a key role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to ensure stability, adaptability, and optimal performance. Using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, your expertise will help align solutions to business needs while maintaining compatibility and enhancing user experiences. This role will require engagement across multiple teams, decision-making responsibility, and collaborative efforts to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
• Use tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions aligned with business requirements while preserving performance.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance application performance and optimize user experiences.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of application configurations to ensure reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure the proper adoption and utilization of applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application processes and implementations.

Here’s What You Will Need:

• Master proficiency in Oracle Applications Reports.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Packaged Application Integration and Master proficiency in Oracle BI Report and Metadata Development, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

• Expertise in creating data-driven solutions to improve application functionality.
