Business Analyst position for EU Public Institutions - MAIA

Business Analyst

- Activities: defines business requirements, conducts gap analysis to identify

opportunities for process improvement, creates functional specifications, data analysis

and data modelling.

- Specific expertise requirements: specific diagramming, modelling and wireframing

tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Oracle

NetSuite), specific business domains.

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT: At least 3 years of
studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional
experience.

Min. Professional Experience in Profile: 6 years.

Minimum Certifications: At least one of the following certifications:
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL)
- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
- Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
- IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)

Languages: The services will be provided in English. Consultants will have at least a B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
