• Provide technical support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, or data.
• Support data validation, transformation, and system integration tasks.
• Contribute to the testing and deployment of new tools or updates.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with system monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet technical requirements.
Specific Expertise
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and data formats (XML, API, etc.).
• At least 3 years of technical support or IT operations experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
