The Role: We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join us at the ground level and help build our hospitality recruitment business from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact, shape the strategy, and set the tone for a brand-new service line. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and engage potential hospitality clients
  • Build and execute strategies to grow this new service line
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Provide insights into the hospitality sector, including market challenges and opportunities
  • Work fully remotely while being available during CET business hours
  • and call, call, call our future partners!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in business development (B2B)
  • background with the hospitality industry is a great asset for us
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
