The job

As a customer support agent you will be speaking to or writing with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Assist customers of one of the world's biggest technology companies using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails and chat)
  • Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
  • Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Albanian fluently, Croatian OR Serbian fluently, and your can communicate in English.

🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
