As a Remote International Recruiter, you’ll be the link between amazing candidates and international job opportunities. You will:
Manage the full recruitment cycle – from posting jobs to onboarding candidates.
Build strong relationships with both job seekers and company partners.
Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent.
Collaborate with a fun, international team using Slack, Google Drive & TeamTailor.
Join weekly team meetings and training sessions to level up your skills.
Energetic, people-loving, and creative – you think outside the box.
Experience or strong interest in recruitment and/or sales.
Comfortable using social media as a recruitment tool.
Solid communicator in English (min. B2 level).
Bonus points if you’ve lived, studied, or worked abroad yourself!
