We’re growing our commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in iGaming outsourcing and an existing network within the gambling industry.

This role is a strong fit for a specialist who understands how outsourcing works specifically in the slots/casino space, knows the market players, and is comfortable owning deals from first contact to closing.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within iGaming / gambling outsourcing.

  • Practical understanding of the online casino market (slots, crash, instant-win, production pipelines, and development specifics).

  • Existing network or established connections within the gambling/iGaming industry.

  • Experience working with international clients.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing.

  • Confident spoken and written English.

  • Self-organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal production teams.

What the role is about:

  • Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities in the iGaming outsourcing space from first contact to deal closure.

  • Leverage your existing network and company lead sources to generate new business opportunities.

  • Communicate with clients (casino operators, studios, platforms) to understand their needs and project scope.

  • Collaborate with production and presales teams to prepare tailored proposals for gambling projects.

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with business targets.

  • Represent iLogos in client calls and negotiations, including with key decision-makers.

  • Build long-term relationships with iGaming studios, platforms, and operators.
