Live-meeting Notetakers

Sigma AI is a world leading technology company in data collection and annotation for the development of Artificial Intelligence systems with offices in Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

We are currently seeking detail-oriented candidates for English live meeting transcriptions, with a focus on accuracy while capturing spoken content, actions, and/or gestures.

Responsabilities:

• Respond promptly to meeting requests and confirm availability within the specified timeframe of 4 hours.
• Attend virtual live meetings on time, which will be scheduled between 6 AM and 6 PM PST.
• Accurately transcribe spoken words, actions, and/or gestures of all participants during live meetings in English.
• Deliver a clear and accurate transcript of the meetings within the agreed-upon deadline of 2 hours after the conclusion of the meeting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar transcription or note-taking projects.
• High level of English.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of grammar, spelling, and vocabulary used in English in the USA and Canada.
• User level in Google Workspace/Suite products.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Availability for meeting acceptance and compliance within agreed timeframes.
