Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and PuTTY for file management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
  • Proficiency in SQL (including select queries and subqueries) and familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Manage and monitor batch jobs using Control-M, including log analysis to identify and resolve failures.
  • Handle file transfers and management with FileZilla, WinSCP, and PuTTY; ensure secure transfers and proper logging.
  • Manage incidents and tasks in ServiceNow; coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines with DataStage; perform SQL queries to validate data; adapt to weekend/Saturday/Sunday coverage and rotating CST shifts.
