Experience with Identity Lifecycle tools and identity governance
Availability to work Eastern Time hours and participate in on-call for high-severity issues

Requirements:

Provide Active Directory Domain Administration including DC migrations support, GPO management, and Tier 3 troubleshooting
Manage Active Directory identity and group lifecycle using IdentityNow/SailPoint and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
Support identity lifecycle workflows and governance across on-premises and cloud environments
Maintain availability to cover Eastern Time hours and participate in on-call rotations for high-severity incidents
