Job description

Our client is a global leader in Sportsbook and they are now looking at scaling up their European operations. They are seeking an experienced QA Engineer - Quality Assurance Software Engineer with high attention to detail to join their team on a permanent basis as soon as possible! 

This position requires strong technical skills and a bias toward collaboration. You will be working across many teams, informing business decisions, setting quality standards and helping to expand our industry-leading applications.

Location: Remote, ideally Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and others...)

What you’ll do as a QA Engineer:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create well-structured and detailed test plans and test cases for both stories and release packages
  • Plan and coordinate tests with engineering teams, develop and apply testing processes for new and existing stories to meet product needs
  • Identify, record, document and track bugs, report quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

What skills you will use:

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, Minimum 5 years of experience in testing on mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of product cycles, discovery and delivery routines/principals
  • Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Believing and understanding of the testing methodology and test automation in the agile product lifecycle
  • Background in betting, gaming or similar industries is a big plus
