We’ve been in business since 2011 and Bluestorm understands how recruitment has changed since then. Even more so since COVID arrived. We don’t believe in the boiler room tactics, so much so, that we’ve abolished arbitrary KPIs for our teams. Time has moved on, we feel it's more important to build long-term relationships than quick flips with our clients.
