Roles & Responsibilities

Fluent Hungarian and medium English (B2 level)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably HR payroll in a shared service or multinational environment
Strong knowledge of Hungarian payroll legislation and tax regulations
Experience working with Global SAP

Requirements:

Cover end-to-end payroll operations for employees in Hungary, including data collection, validation, payroll calculation and compliance with local labor laws
Collaborate with stakeholders and external authorities to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance
Perform payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits) and address payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders

Qualifications:
