Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master's degree in Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Ideal: Workday Pro certification in HCM or Recruiting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday with a focus on Recruiting and strong Workday reporting skills
  • Experience in Workday implementations (customer or implementation partner) and project management skills

Requirements:

  • Supports the functional stream lead during the specification and qualification of new Workday requests and solutions, ensures guidelines are followed, analyzes requests, identifies cross-stream impacts, and assists in evaluating new vendors.
  • Designs, configures, and tests system solutions within the Workday module; reviews existing processes and provides data-driven improvements.
  • Leads project delivery together with the functional lead to achieve on-scope, on-time, and on-budget results.
  • Fosters a data-driven culture, supports data literacy within Workday communities, creates and enhances reports and dashboards, supports data quality and testing, and handles 3rd-level support tickets or mentors junior colleagues

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supports the functional stream lead during the specification/qualification of new requests/solutions while ensuring that the defined guideline for new demands in the Workday context is followed. Analyses and challenges requests and identifies cross-stream impacts. Supports the functional stream lead in the evaluation of new vendors.

• Designs, configures, and tests system solutions within the respective business process stream/Workday module. Reviews existing processes and makes data-driven suggestions for improvements.

• Takes responsibility for projects together with the functional lead to achieve project completion in scope, time and budget.

• Fosters a data-driven culture and supports data literacy of Workday stream communities. Creates and improves reports and dashboards based on functional requirements and supports technical and functional testing. Supports data quality in Workday and the delivery of valuable and reliable data.

• Solves 3rd-level support tickets or guides junior colleagues in solving 3rd-level support tickets.


Our expectations:

• Master's degree in the field of Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration or a comparable education;

• Ideally, Workday Pro certification in HCM or Recruiting;

• Fluent in English, additional language is beneficial (e.g. German);

• Practical experience in management and optimization of business processes;

• Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the configuration of Workday with focus on the module Recruiting;

• Workday reporting skills;

• Experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner);

• Project management skills.
