Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the full Norwegian payroll cycle, including data entry, tax reporting, bank file preparation, and vacation pay calculations.
Fluent or advanced proficiency in Norwegian (C2) and English (B2), with solid knowledge of Norwegian employment laws and payroll regulations.
Proactive, dynamic, growth-minded professional with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, international organization.
Willingness to relocate to Spain and work in a multinational environment.

Who We're Looking For:
· You bring a minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
· You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
· You are proficient (C2) in Norwegian and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Norwegian employment laws and payroll regulations before considering a potential move to Spain.

Your Role Will Include:
· Overseeing the full payroll process for Norwegian clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
· Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
· Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.
