Which tasks can you expect?

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management. 
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape 
  • Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality 
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices 
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users 
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams 
  • Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation


What do you have to offer?

  • Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management solutions. Another modules would be considered a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders 
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies SuccessFactors Associate EC or Time Management Certification.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes 
  • Fluency in German and a high level of English 
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key
