Roles & Responsibilities

  • Solid experience configuring and managing ServiceNow CMDB, with knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Scripting proficiency across JavaScript (object-oriented), Unix shell, and Windows PowerShell.
  • Networking fundamentals at CCNA level: TCP/UDP, IP packet diagnostics, and subnetting.
  • Server administration, domain management, and GPOs, plus ITIL-aligned practices; ITIL v4 Foundations and ServiceNow certifications are valued.

Requirements:

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB data quality and alignment with the CSDM model.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and discovery processes using JavaScript, PowerShell, and Unix shell.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure components; participate in ITIL-aligned incident, change, and configuration management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business applications, document CMDB relationships, and provide reporting and documentation.

  • Experiencia sólida en configuración y gestión de la CMDB en ServiceNow

Redes:

  • Conocimientos nivel CCNA

  • Protocolos de red

  • Diagnóstico de paquetes IP

  • Subredes

Sistemas:

  • Administración de servidores

  • Gestión de dominios

  • GPOs

  • Políticas SUDO

Metodología:

  • Comprensión de aplicaciones de negocio bajo el modelo ITIL

Formación / Certificaciones Valoradas

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals & Discovery Fundamentals

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

  • ITIL v4 Foundations

Horario y Condiciones

  • Jornada de 8 horas diarias

  • Lunes a jueves con flexibilidad entre 08:00 y 19:00

  • Viernes jornada intensiva de 08:00 a 15:00
