MARTECH PROJECT MANAGER (LEAD)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing, automation or MarTech projects
  • Experience in complex ecosystems (enterprise clients or leading consultancies) and managing mixed internal/external teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise stacks (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Braze) and CDPs (Tealium, Segment, mParticle); experience with data integrations and platform migrations
  • Experience or certifications in agile methodologies (PSM, CSM) and project management (PMP) plus basic SQL

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage MarTech/digital marketing projects for complex ecosystems, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget
  • Coordinate internal and external teams and manage stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting
  • Oversee data integration and platform migration initiatives, collaborating on data models and data quality
  • Apply agile project management practices and industry certifications to drive successful project outcomes

Experiencia

  • +5 años gestionando proyectos de Marketing Digital, Automation o MarTech.

  • Experiencia en ecosistemas complejos (cliente final o consultoras líderes).

  • Gestión de equipos mixtos (internos + externos).

  • Experiencia en integraciones de datos y migraciones de plataformas.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Dominio de stacks Enterprise:

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    • Adobe Experience Cloud

    • HubSpot

    • Braze

    • CDPs como Tealium, Segment, mParticle

  • Conocimiento en AdTech y analítica:

    • Google Marketing Platform

    • Meta Business Manager

    • GA4

    • GTM Server-Side

  • Capacidad para entender modelos de datos y realizar consultas SQL básicas.

  • Experiencia o certificaciones en metodologías ágiles (PSM, CSM) y gestión de proyectos (PMP).
