Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT engineering field.
  • 7+ years of IT experience with a global scope (10+ preferred).
  • 3+ years in IAM architecture (not solely analyst roles).
  • Experience with IGA solutions (Saviynt or SailPoint) and web access management, SSO and federation (OneLogin or Microsoft Entra); RBAC policy definition and regulatory compliance; very high English proficiency (B2+; C1 or native).

Requirements:

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Lead IAM architecture and provide technical leadership and advisory.
  • Integrate IAM systems into complex corporate environments.
  • Oversee IAM projects to ensure regulatory compliance and architectural consistency; collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements; and produce technical and architectural documentation.

Descripción del puesto:

Incorporación al equipo de Identidad para liderar la arquitectura de Gestión de Identidades y Accesos (IAM) en entorno corporativo global. Rol estratégico con responsabilidad sobre diseño, implementación y gobierno de soluciones IAM, garantizando cumplimiento, seguridad y alineación con la arquitectura IT global.

Funciones / Tareas / Responsabilidades:

Diseño, implementación y gestión de soluciones IAM a nivel empresarial.

Liderazgo de la arquitectura IAM y asesoramiento técnico especializado.

Integración de sistemas IAM en entornos corporativos complejos.

Supervisión de proyectos IAM garantizando cumplimiento y consistencia arquitectónica.

Definición de políticas RBAC, gestión de riesgos de acceso y marcos de cumplimiento.

Colaboración con equipos técnicos y stakeholders para definición de requisitos.

Elaboración de documentación técnica y arquitectónica.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

Ingeniería Informática.

Experiencia global en IT de al menos 7 años (deseable 10+).

Más de 3 años en Arquitectura IAM (no perfiles únicamente analistas).

Experiencia en soluciones IGA como Saviynt (deseable) o SailPoint.

Experiencia en gestión de acceso web, SSO y federación (OneLogin o Microsoft Entra).

Experiencia en definición de políticas RBAC y cumplimiento normativo.

Nivel de inglés muy alto (mínimo B2 fluido, ideal C1 o nativo).

Experiencia en estrategia de ciberseguridad, arquitectura de seguridad y seguridad en la nube.

Requisitos valorables:

Experiencia en entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS).

Conocimientos en Active Directory, LDAP, PAM (Delinea).

Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de identidad y cumplimiento.
