Job description

Buscamos un/a profesional senior para liderar la transición tecnológica de infraestructuras críticas, transformando arquitecturas z/OS (Legacy) hacia arquitecturas abiertas y cloud‑native. El rol actúa como puente estratégico entre el entorno tradicional y las soluciones modernas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la modernización desde z/OS hacia arquitecturas abiertas.

• Realizar el análisis AS‑IS de infraestructuras y procesos.

• Definir la estrategia de transformación aplicando las 6 Rs.

• Detallar la transformación funcional, reduciendo dependencias e incertidumbre.

• Elaborar Plan Director y Roadmap de transición.

• Definir metodología y plan de abordaje según la clasificación de cada activo.

• Gestionar stakeholders y presentar avances en formatos ejecutivos.

Requisitos

• Experiencia profunda en Mainframe z/OS (COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL).

• Conocimiento sólido en arquitecturas abiertas, cloud‑native y contenedores.

• Experiencia en migración de sistemas legacy a distribuidos.

• Experiencia en banca y seguros.

• Liderazgo consultivo, comunicación ejecutiva y gestión del cambio.
