Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles with emphasis on Windows server administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Azure
  • Experience with monitoring systems and ticketing tools
  • Virtualization experience with Proxmox and OpenStack; deployment of high-availability infrastructures

Requirements:

  • Administer Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365/Azure services
  • Monitor systems, manage ticketing tools, and handle incident response and troubleshooting
  • Implement security hardening and PowerShell automation
  • Design, deploy, and maintain highly available infrastructures; manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox, OpenStack) and mentor N1/N2 technicians; provide client/support helpdesk

Estamos en busca de un ADMINISTRADOR DE SISTEMAS WINDOWS/MICROSOFT 365 - SENIOR

• Experiencia de +5 años en posiciones similares, con énfasis en administración de Windows a nivel de servidor.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Conocimientos sólidos de Windows, Office 365 y Azure.

• Capacidad para gestionar sistemas de monitorización y herramientas de ticketing.

• Experiencia en virtualización con plataformas como Proxmox y Openstack.

• Despliegue de infraestructuras en alta disponibilidad.

• Securización de sistemas Windows.

• Dominio de lenguajes de Scripting en PowerShell.

• Capacidad para formar y acompañar a técnicos N1 y N2.

• Experiencia previa en soporte a clientes o helpdesk.
