What do you have to offer?

You have 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes

• You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills. 

• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus. 

• You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels. 

• You're fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus) • You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn. 

• You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset. 

• You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new. 

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses. 

• You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.

• Master the entire Nordic payroll process from start to finish. 

• Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations.
