Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in a fully remote role. This is a great opportunity for candidates starting their career in logistics, as full training will be provided. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is a strong fit. You will play a key role in supporting logistics operations, assisting drivers, and ensuring smooth processes, all within a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Tracking & Coordination

    • Track trip documents and ensure validity

    • Coordinate with internal teams

    • Maintain accurate records and update trucking management systems

  2. Customer Support:

    • Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries and updates

    • Resolve issues and provide timely solutions

    • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working with systems, tools, or spreadsheets

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in logistics, customer support, or data entry

  • Familiarity with tracking systems or operations tools

Working Hours:

  • Primarily 4 PM - 12 AM Central Time (US), Monday to Sunday

  • 40 hours per week

  • Must be flexible in shift changes
