We are seeking a Solutions Consulting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing LATAM Solutions Consulting team supporting Adobe’s Digital Experience portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales leadership to accelerate pipeline progression, strengthen technical engagement, and drive measurable revenue outcomes across the region.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Solutions Consultants or Technical Leads who have demonstrated informal leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence, and are ready to transition into a formal people management role.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants across Latin America, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

  • Align Solutions Consulting priorities with regional Sales strategy to improve quota attainment and pipeline progression.

  • Drive structured resource planning and territory coverage to enhance technical impact across markets.

  • Partner with Sales leaders to strengthen opportunity qualification, executive engagement, and technical positioning.

  • Experience leading complex executive-level customer conversations in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, clearly articulating technical differentiation and business value.

  • Present confidently to large audiences at customer and industry events, delivering high-impact main-stage presentations and demonstrations in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

  • Represent the LATAM Solutions Consulting team in regional and global forums.

  • Use data and performance metrics to guide decision-making, optimize execution, and improve team effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and knowledge sharing across countries.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant in enterprise software.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, which may include mentoring peers, leading technical initiatives, acting as a Tech Lead, driving strategic accounts, or coordinating cross-functional programs.

  • Strong understanding of digital experience, marketing technology, data, Artificial Intelligence concepts and solutions, and enterprise sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to lead strategic conversations, executive meetings, and large-audience presentations in all three languages.

  • Proven ability to present to senior executives and larger audiences with clarity, confidence, and strong executive presence.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Analytical approach with experience using data to improve execution and outcomes.

  • Leadership approach passionate about development with a passion for nurturing talent and crafting regional impact.
