Job description

Bullhorn's core purpose is to create an incredible customer experience, and the organization has a sharp focus on delivering very high quality products and services to its customers. The company culture is shaped by five Core Values: Ownership, Energy, Speed & Agility, Service, and Being Human. Each value, and its underlying definition, serves as a behavioral guide for employees as they interact with customers and fellow coworkers and is an embedded way of operating across our organization.

Bullhorn is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where hard work and outstanding results are rewarded and celebrated. We value those that exhibit an eagerness to learn and a strong natural desire for continuous improvement and we encourage team members to stretch themselves, acknowledge challenges and learn from them. With a strong focus on growth, we provide ample opportunities for career development and prioritize promoting from within. We believe that leaders should care deeply about the development of their employees at all levels, emphasizing emotional intelligence and accountability. Our leaders collaborate closely to ensure the success of their teams, and we work together to achieve shared goals, creating a challenging and rewarding workplace for everyone.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex, enterprise environment.

We operate a fast-paced, market-responsive development cycle, prioritising rapid iteration and practical, real-world solutions over rigid long-term roadmaps. This role requires strong judgement, technical curiosity, and the ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed Salesforce logic.

You will act as the product lead for a key executive search solution while partnering closely with large global enterprise customers. You will be trusted to make high-impact decisions, balancing trade-offs and ensuring delivery remains aligned to customer and business needs.

You’re not just managing a backlog; you’re expected to understand the underlying business problems, identify root causes, and use tools, including AI where appropriate, to define and deliver effective solutions with engineering.

Please note that the successful candidate must have fluent English skills (written and verbal). Additionally, French language skills would be a bonus.

A typical day will include…

  • Driving at the “Why”: Digging into feature requests to understand the underlying business problem and proposing solutions that address root causes

  • Rapid Discovery & Prototyping: Using tools, including AI where appropriate, to create logic flows and wireframes that align stakeholders and engineering quickly

  • Storytelling & Context: Providing clear context on customer needs so engineering teams understand the real-world impact of their work

  • Dynamic Decision-Making: Adjusting product direction based on data, usage insights, and customer feedback, while making informed trade-offs

  • Implementation Partnership: Working closely with professional services and customers to resolve challenges and ensure new features deliver measurable value

This role will be a fit for you if…

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment

  • You have a proven track record of delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform

  • You have experience in Staffing/Recruitment, or have worked in a related role such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations within a staffing technology context

  • You are a Salesforce expert, with a strong understanding of Objects, Flows, APIs, and the AppExchange ecosystem

  • You are comfortable using AI tools to support your workflow, from shaping requirements to visualising product logic

  • You prefer a data-led, adaptive approach to product strategy rather than rigid long-term planning

  • You communicate clearly and directly, and can translate customer problems into structured product requirements

  • You have a track record of delivering in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of outcomes

Bonus points for…

  • Direct experience within executive search or high-end recruitment environments

  • Experience delivering mobile applications or enterprise-scale platforms

  • Exposure to tools such as Google Firebase or .NET-based integrations (e.g. Outlook)

  • Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams

  • A track record of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging

What we offer...

  • Pension
  • EAP
  • Commuting Reimbursements
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Quarterly paid volunteer days
  • Lucrative Employee Referral Program (eligible for prior to your first day)
  • Career development opportunities up/across Bullhorn
