  • Independently lead and manage multiple creative projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders, creative leadership, and freelancers.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clarity, timelines, and alignment at every stage.
  • Deliver creative assets including banners, landing pages, emails, in-store creatives, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales and internal Creative) to ensure seamless campaign alignment, and engage external agency partners from ideation to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Independently lead and manage multiple creative projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders, creative leadership, and freelancers.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring clarity, timelines, and alignment at every stage.
  • Deliver creative assets including banners, landing pages, emails, in‑store creatives, and more.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet objectives, are accurate, and reflect stakeholder approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including Sales and internal Creative—to ensure seamless campaign alignment.
  • Engage external agency partners from ideation to completion to deliver high‑quality creative outputs.

What You’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year of experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or similar field; OR 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of agency and/or in‑house creative production experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across disciplines with a positive, team‑first attitude.
  • Experience working within the Workfront platform.
  • A passion for Walmart, our partners, products, and marketing.
