As an Online Product Content Intern, you will support the Online Merchandise Specialist (your main mentor) in ensuring our products are presented beautifully, accurately, and in a way that inspires shoppers worldwide. This internship is perfect for someone who is passionate about ecommerce, fashion, product presentation, and data-driven decision-making — and excited to learn how a leading international brand brings products to life online.

Your Role

As an Online Product Intern, you will help bring our products online in the best possible way. You’ll support with preparing product pages, publishing new collections, optimizing categories, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring everything goes live on time.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across digital content, ecommerce operations, product data, and on-site merchandising. You’ll collaborate with teams such as Content, Customer Journey, Buying, and Photography — making this role a great introduction to the world of online retail.

What You’ll Do

You will support the Online Merchandise Specialist with tasks such as:

  • Assisting with preparing and optimizing product pages (descriptions, images, tags, sizing info).
  • Helping ensure new products go live on time with correct information, visuals, and category placement.
  • Checking online product content for completeness and accuracy.
  • Supporting the optimization of product listings, “complete the look” recommendations, and category pages.
  • Helping analyze customer feedback, returns, and product reviews to improve product content.
  • Updating sets, themed pages (e.g., gifts), and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborating with Sustainability and Technical teams to ensure product information is accurate.
  • Supporting process improvements to enhance product discoverability and conversion.
  • Monitoring competitor and market trends to contribute fresh ideas.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of your internship, you'll gain experience in:

  • How online merchandising drives ecommerce success
  • Working with product data & digital content
  • Understanding PLP/PDP performance and conversion
  • Using customer insights and data to make improvements
  • Working cross-functionally within a large ecommerce team
  • Managing product go-live processes
  • How a global fashion brand approaches online product presentation

This is a hands-on role with real impact — what you do helps customers shop better every day.
