Responsibilities

Manage Lakera's IT infrastructure and endpoints (we use Kandji as our MDM).
Ensure smooth IT operations as the company grows
Work with corporate security to secure our endpoints and networks.
Onboard and offboard employees, streamlining and automating associated processes.
Provide IT support for our employees.
Maintain up-to-date IT documentation of IT infrastructure and procedures.
Configure and maintain network hardware and troubleshoot network issues.
Work with vendors for smooth services and negotiate contracts and SLAs.
Provide IT training and guidance to employees on IT best practices.

About you

You are committed to maintaining and securing an efficient IT environment.
You have experience in managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support while ensuring smooth operations
You are proficient in Bash scripting for automation.
You have experience in Mac administration, mobile device management and as google workspace administrator
You possess demonstrated experience in providing technical support, resolving IT incidents and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
You have excellent communication skills and you embrace a culture of ongoing learning.
Ideally, you have prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
