Job Description:
As a senior individual contributor, you will strengthen SumUp’s execution system across product and engineering. You will partner with VPs to translate strategy into priorities, resolve complex cross-team dependencies, and build data-driven performance cadences. This hands-on role is designed to improve product velocity and operational discipline as the company scales globally.

What you will do:

• Partner with Tribe leadership to translate high-level strategy into clear ownership, priorities, and actionable execution plans across value streams.

• Build and maintain hands-on analytical dashboards and KPI reports using SQL and BI tools to drive accountability and performance insights.

• Design and lead global performance cadences, including QBRs and OKR planning, while unblocking complex cross-functional dependencies to increase product velocity.

The ideal candidate:

• 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product roles within complex, globally distributed Product and Engineering organizations.

• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, with a proven ability to build decision-useful performance systems directly.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing VP-level leaders and navigating high-pressure environments with a pragmatic, low-ego mindset.
