  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure management, with recent experience in AI support and engineering.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect; AI-related certifications are a plus.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI technologies; familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience; 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Partner with Service Delivery teams to deliver value and ensure successful interactions with partners, creating an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners.
  • Drive ever-improving customer support and service delivery for AI-related initiatives.
  • Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision, adapting to new technology and processes as required by business and partner needs.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

General Summary:

The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners. This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-5+ years in IT infrastructure management, with recent experience in AI support and engineering.
-Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect; AI-related certifications are a plus.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
    • 3+ years of relevant experience

Working Conditions:

  •   Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
    • 0-10% travel may be required
