RecLatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm seeking an experienced Demand Letter Writer to support their personal injury team. This role is essential to the firm's settlement strategy and requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience reviewing case documentation to prepare effective demand packages.

Responsibilities

Draft demand letters for personal injury cases addressed to insurance companies
Review case files, medical records, and supporting documentation to prepare settlement demands
Prepare clear and well-supported settlement demand communications
Ensure demand letters are completed accurately and within deadlines to facilitate case settlements
Work within the Prevail case management system to access case information, documentation, and templates
