Mid or senior level Agiloft implementation experience
Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Agiloft product capabilities
Experience gathering requirements and defining metadata for new features/CRs
Experience in functional and integration testing, and Agiloft release upgrades (production support)

Requirements:

Implement Agiloft product capabilities configured to Ford requirements, driving system configuration and deployment activities across the engagement
Gather requirements and define metadata/elements needed for new features or change requests
Validate and test required changes including functional/integration testing and Agiloft release upgrades
Provide user support for configuration changes, quick troubleshooting in production, and ongoing Agiloft enhancements and maintenance

Job description

Title: Agiloft CLM Implementor

Location: Remote / Anywhere in the USA

Type: Contract/Full time

A hands-on Implementor with mid or senior level Agiloft implementation experience, adept at building feature rollouts and PROD app maintenance, incident management etc.

• Work on a product team in implementation of Agiloft product capabilities configured to Ford requirements

• Drive system configuration and deployment activities across the engagement

• Assist business in gathering requirements and define metadata and other elements needed for new feature or CR implementation

• Validate and test the required changes – functional and integration testing, Agiloft release upgrades etc.

• Assist Users on any configuration changes, quick troubleshooting for user base in PROD

• Agiloft enhancements, maintenance cycles and production support
