  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills for solution documentation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs in developed solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and estimate tasks and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Create and implement applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the solutions implemented.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs in developed solutions; assist with problem-solving and respond to requests from the area manager.
  • Participate in meetings to understand requirements, provide estimates and deadlines, present progress, and log daily activities in the management tools.

  • Criar e implementar aplicações e automações usando os serviços do Microsoft Power Platform;
  • Desenvolver e manter a documentação técnica para as soluções implementadas;
  • Auxiliar na solução de problemas (troubleshooting) e na resolução de issues e bugs nas soluções desenvolvidas;
  • Receber solicitações do gerente de área;
  • Participar de reuniões para entender as solicitações;
  • Fornecer estimativas e prazos para suas tarefas;
  • Discutir aspectos técnicos com outros membros da equipe;
  • Participar de reuniões para apresentar e entregar trabalhos parciais;
  • Registrar suas atividades diárias nas ferramentas de gerenciamento utilizadas pela área;
  • Demais rotinas da área.
