Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Campaign Specialist​​​​​​This role will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, asset integration, and audience targeting. This role involves daily operations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality email delivery across multiple platforms.

Core Tasks:
  • Plan, build, and execute email initiatives to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking within ESP/CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with teams on content, design, and segmentation to deliver effective email communications.
