Requirements:

Manage and litigate a caseload of default services matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, eviction, and title issues.
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings; manage complex and litigated cases.
Collaborate with the team on secured creditor’s rights matters across PA and NJ; provide strategic legal advice and maintain client relationships.

KML Law Group, P.C. is seeking an experienced creditor's rights attorney to join our growing team!

PA and NJ mid-size firm with practice areas focusing on secured creditor’s rights seeks attorney with at least 3-5 years’ experience in PA and NJ Default Services (foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, eviction, title issues, etc.). The successful candidate will be organized, adaptable and self-motivated. Job encompasses caseload, including some litigated and complex cases, and court appearances. PA and NJ bar admission required, and admissions in all PA and NJ district courts preferred. Collegial atmosphere and great firm culture. Competitive salary and benefits. Full time remote position.
