This is a remote position.
The OpenText Content Manager (TRM) User Access Automation Consultant will lead the assessment, design, and documentation of a user access automation roadmap for the Territory Records Manager (TRM) platform— enterprise records and information management system. The role is focused on analysis, architecture, solution design, and knowledge transfer, with a strong emphasis on security, identity integration, and automation readiness.
This position requires deep expertise in OpenText Content Manager, security and access controls, automation tooling, and integration with Microsoft identity services.
Scope of Work
You will deliver a defined, outcomes-based package of work comprising the following two key deliverables.
Deliverable 1 - TRM user access automation assessment and options paper:
You will:
•Assess and document the current state of user access provisioning, modification, and de provisioning processes within TRM.
•Identify inefficiencies, risks, and points of manual intervention.
•Analyse automation opportunities within the technical environment, including consideration of:
oMicrosoft Active Directory / LDAP integration
oOpenText Content Manager SDK and/or Service API
oOpenText Operations Orchestration (OO), where appropriate
•Provide high level options for improving and automating user access management, with consideration of:
oSecurity model consistency
oDataset and domain variability
oProgressive adoption across the TRM environment
Output: A documented assessment and options paper suitable for executive, technical, and procurement audiences. Deliverable 2 - TRM user access automation roadmap and solution design:
Building on deliverable 1, You will:
•Develop a prioritised, phased automation roadmap for TRM user access management, clearly identifying:
oPhase 1–user access de provisioning opportunities that can be initiated earliest
oSubsequent phases for provisioning and access modification
•Provide high level solution design aligned with architecture, security, and governance standards
•Clearly articulate:
oWhat can be implemented with existing capability
oWhat requires additional tooling, integration, or governance uplift
•Provide practical implementation planning guidance to support future delivery phases
•Conduct structured knowledge transfer to technical staff
Output: A consolidated roadmap and solution design pack that enablesto progress to future implementation.

The following are out of scope for this engagement:
•Configuration or deployment of automation solutions
•Changes to TRM production environments
•Ongoing operational or support activities
