Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Lead strategy development, design, implementation and measurement for content creation, curation, management and distribution to meet the expectations of modern learners and scaling for 22,500+ US based field force
Lead the strategy for applying AI capabilities in Learning & Development, both for content creation and curation as well as methods for the field force to engage in embedded learning in the flow of work
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years professional business leadership experience with minimum of 10 years leadership role in learning and development and/or talent development
Expert level proficiency in leading digital learning ecosystems – including business led vendor selection, management, configuration, reporting, content development and curation perspective
Expert level proficiency in data management and analysis, reporting
Expert level proficiency in adult learning theory and trends
Experienced team & people leader
Experience in portfolio and/or project management, strategic and operational planning, and leading multiple complex projects with organization wide impact
Demonstrated organizational agility to work across organizational boundaries, influence and collaborate with all levels on solutions that benefit the organization
Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity and paradox, and leading change
Ability to translate goals and strategies into executable business plans.
Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to seek outside-in perspective to identify future trends and practices.
Strong organizational skills; able to handle competing demands, and work under tight deadlines and short timeframes.
Strong problem solving and strategic/critical thinking skills.
Interpersonal savvy and comfort interacting with and presenting to all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
High degree of self-motivation with leadership and initiative in sharing information, contributing towards group goals, and accepting responsibility for results.
Willingness to commute 3 days/week in office if local to Milwaukee, WI or monthly travel to Milwaukee if out of market remote
